Wish

I wish my choice
To dress for myself
To make me happy
Wasn't seen as
Brave or unusual
Or an attack on others
These shallow times
Dishearten me
It seems as if
Being too fat
Or too skinny
Is worse than being
Unkind or petty
Aren't there bigger
Problems at hand?
